This innovative plan enables you to train at home for a virtual Olympic distance triathlon using your bike on a smart trainer, Concept 2 rower (Swim alternative), treadmill for run training and a little space for strength & conditioning.

It's advantageous to have Zwift and a Stryd footpod.

Rowing on Zwift is supported via a partner App so you can row your bike around Zwift!

The plan includes:

- Zwift files for row, bike and run
- Support for running with power via the Stryd footpod
- Session plans you can download and follow along
- Videos & guidance with every session so that you get the most from each workout

Your purchase includes a PDF download plus access to the ChiliTri App. Once purchased we will activate your App access so you can have it delivered on your Apple device, Android device or PC.

The ChiliTri App gives you full access to training videos, detailed session plans, nutrition advice and more.

If you are using this for a "real" triathlon as opposed to virtual you will need to get in the pool, lake or sea to practice your swimming technique and endurance.
As with all exercise ChiliTri strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
